Voluntary Purchase

All reports are requested and purchased by the customer at their own will. We do not force, pressure, or mislead anyone into making a purchase. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure they want the report before placing an order.

Non-Refundable & No Chargebacks After Delivery

Once a report has been delivered, no refunds or chargebacks will be accepted under any circumstances. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are paying for a digital service that is delivered electronically and is non-reversible once completed.

Delivery Time

Reports are typically delivered within 1 hour of successful payment. In rare cases, there may be slight delays due to technical or system issues, but we always aim to deliver within the stated time frame.

Accuracy of Information

We source car history data from third-party providers. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy, and we do not take responsibility for any decisions made based on the report.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct vehicle registration number and ensure all information provided at checkout is accurate. Any incorrect data entered may result in an incomplete or invalid report, for which we are not responsible.
